Gave birth here in april. Had a c-section and was extremely nervous with all that is going on at the moment with coronavirus. From the minute i arrived on the ward i was put at ease and staff introduced themselves letting me know what will be happening and when. Although they were extremely busy they always found a few minutes to stop and chat. Even in theatre i felt relaxed and all the staff were brilliant even having a laugh which made the whole experience so.much better. In recovery me and baby was looked after so well and again even though they were run off there feet we were always seen if needed and asked if we needed anything.
While i was there i saw staff giving up there breaks to make sure things were okay and were running on time. I cant thank them enough for the care me and my baby recieved especially at a time like this. They dont get the recognition they deserve.
"Cant thank the staff enough"
