"Thank you to staff on Whippingham Ward"

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation for the care my mother received on Whippingham Ward in early March 2020. My mother (who had a couple of previous admissions to Alverstone Ward in 2019 for a broken hip) was admitted to Whippingham Ward (via A & E and AMU) with a chest infection and UTI which required a lengthy course of strong antibiotics. Although this is a very busy ward, I was grateful to the Ward Sisters and medical staff for taking the time to discuss my mother's condition and options after her discharge. Also, thanks to the many other staff who helped my mother make a good recovery.
