"Outstanding/caring/supportive"

I wanted to write to give a huge thank you to Dr Kotoucek, My Dad’s Haematology Consultant. We really could not have wished for a more supportive, caring Doctor.

His optimist outlook, cheery manner and his fountain of knowledge, made this traumatic journey far more bearable. Dr Kotoucek was a constant support; he kindly guided us through the process, directing us to the relevant people/departments, where needed, along the way. As a family, we are so appreciative as we know we were very fortunate to have had him as Dad’s Doctor.

We really do appreciate his hard work and persistence to give Dad his best chance at fight this awful disease - he really did go above and beyond. I don’t think there are the right words to begin to explain how thankful and grateful we are to him. I would like to give Dr Kotoucek more recognition/an award, so if you can help me with this please contact me.
