"Rudeness and sarcastic attitude"

What a very rude nurse I saw last time when I came in complaining about headaches and tooth pain I just wanted advice on what to do I had a tooth abscess many many years ago I thought I had another one the person I saw around February time 2020 was rude and very abrupt with me inside the surgery I think she was a higher up nurse or something like that the way I was spoken to was terrible she made me actually cry. She thought I was chewing gum to which I dont do. There was no compassion there there was no sympathy I did try and ring several dentists but none are taking on patients in Grimsby. I felt like I was wasting her time and energy being there. She basically thought I was lying to her she even made phone calls to dentists and they did say they were not taking on patients at all it was her extreme rudeness and her sarcasticiem and her condescending attitude I didnt like. She did give me a Lincoln phone number for a dentist but I now very rare go to caistor medical centre it's got so much worse with the behaviour and attitude of nurses staff gps it's like they dont want you there. Its horrible being spoken to like I'm a child
