appointment for eye injection today.Had many visits to hospitals but have never felt so nervous as about this one. Not the treatment that is always excellent, but because of COVID-19. The moment I stepped through the door I felt SAFE was greeted by a nurse who took my temperature asked a few questions and from then on ALL staff were caring and helpful. I can't give enough praise and thanks to all.
