I phone around 1330 in the afternoon and was put straight on the list for a phone call back this afternoon. As i couldn’t complete the e-consult service online it kept asking me to seek urgent 111 advice. I phone the practise instead and the friendly reception team were sympathetic about my issues with e-consult and popped me on this list for a phone call back. Always happy with the treatment i received when seeing The gp/nurse face to face. Will soon trial the over the phone consultations.
