Hi Everyone. I had an accident at home in April 2020. I had finished painting the garden fence when I fell on the outside kitchen stairs. My left hand wrist was damaged and in pain. My husband thought the bone of my wrist might be broken, so he immediately called 111, and then drove me to Northwick Park Hospital.

In the Hospital reception staff are very attentive. First of all, they queried about the symptoms of coronavirus and then arranged to meet Dr Patel, who checked my condition carefully and immediately arranged X-ray. The diagnosis was a fracture of my left wrist. He quickly corrected my wrist fracture with two orthopaedic surgeon doctors and fixed my fracture of the left wrist, final doing the plaster to me. Before leaving the hospital, the Dr Patel gave me a letter on the diagnosis. On 29 April I went to the hospital for a review, where the doctor of the hospital checked up for my fracture. After careful examination and X-ray, we were very happy to hear the good news: my injury recovery is very good, very stable, no need for wrist fracture correction surgery. Facts show that Doctor Patel in your hospital, he and his team of doctors not only have excellent medical skills, but also are patient and considerate to patients.

I was sorry to learn about your fall that necessitated a visit to our hospital. I was very pleased to hear though that you were happy with the care you received from Dr Patel and his team, who diagnosed and were able to treat your fractured wrist without the need for surgery.
