My dad was admitted from the surgical assessment unit into day surgery with Cholecystitis, he then had emergency surgery to get his gallbladder removed.
I just want to say a massive thank you to all staff involved in his care, he has spoken so highly of domestic staff, porters, doctors, nurses, the anaesthetic team, the theatre team, staff in the day surgery unit and staff in the surgical assessment unit. Thank you all for your professional, compassionate and brilliant care it really means a lot!
