(as the patient),

I was in the hospital for a day surgery and I had to be kept overnight and was admitted to the orthopaedic trauma ward. I was very anxious as during this time I was alone and expected to go straight home. I was kept in Ward 33 overnight and all the staff were amazing. The nurses, health care assistants, student nurse and physio’s. I felt so much less anxious instantly and they looked after me so well. I know this is there job but they do it very well and I just want to leave feedback so they know how well they are appreciated. Thank you so much for your care & help!
