Shambles

About: Rothwell Medical Centre

I work away from home as a contractor, Monday to Friday, if not for longer away from the UK.

The practice just doesn't cater for contractors of my sort.

And the latest shambles is the System Online. I was all set up and logged-on and now I cannot log-on. I NEED MY DRUGS when I'm away from home. This really needs to be sorted out.

And as for mental health issues forget it. I have been left to cope on my own.

Systm Online is part of the clinical software that is used by the Practice and is not a Practice generated software package. Most surgeries use either SystmOne or EMIS. If you are having problems logging into Systm Online there is a help button at the top right hand side of the page or a 'forgotten password' button if you cannot recall your password. If you continue to have problems logging into this software please contact the surgery and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem.
