"Worst so called manager...no customer care and…"

I haver never met such a person in my entire life...no care or customer services...unable to give information when asked. This person seems so unhappy in her role and is causing patients and relative to seek other GP. While the GP is very good and gives excellent care such staff brings reputation down. I could recommend GP but not manager . She thinks she is the boss and could do what she likes. Sad that GP has to be blamed. Avoid any contact. GP has not been at surgury and no one unable to give details of when GP available for consultation.Locum doctors....no continuing care....could say lots more but you have to find out youself. Sad ....so sad
