"horrible surgery!"

This surgery is atrocious! Twice I had an appointment, both times had to be cancelled because they didn't have the right equipment. It's so hard to get an appointment and then your turned away because of there lack of organisation. They then lost my sample which was to be sent to the hospital. Management so rude and unapologetic blamed it on the courier. They don't care! The pharmacy and nursing staff are lovely. Shame they are wasted here. No point if surgery has no standards. Really upset about there treatment and will be in touch with the ombudsman.
