"Disgraceful practice"

Told multiple times that I do not have an appointment upon arriving at the practice even though I have confirmation. Staff are rude and do not wish to take the blame and make it feel as though I have done something wrong.

Have been asked multiple times to take samples which have been lost. Had to re-do several tests a number of times. One female doctor assessed me and said I had nothing wrong and everything was normal without doing any tests. A couple of months later I returned due to further symptoms, was seen by another doctor, who ran tests that came back with an infection that could have caused infertility if not treated!
