"Rude staff, always running late"

About: Churchtown Medical Centre

Very rude and patronising staff who should learn some manners. Everytime I am waiting for my appointment they are always running at least 30 minutes late. Additionally the telephone booking system hardly works and you end up having to ring and ring constantly for ages until someone finally picks up and doesn't talk to you with respect. Not a great feeling when you're really unwell.
