"Brilliant service"

About: CGL Birmingham / North Hub

(as a service user),

I have been with CGL for a few months and they are brilliant! With everything going on with this Covid19 they still phone me regularly to ask how I am doing, I still get the scripts I need and the support I need.   Cannot fault the service.

Thank you for the feedback you have left about our service.

I'm Lydia and I work in the team who responds to people's feedback.

It's really good to know that you feel supported, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak.

It's been a really unsettling time for everyone in society and it's meant that our service has had to make a lot of changes to the way that we work.

I was glad to read that you've still been able to access your script and get the support that you need. It sounds like the changes we've made have help you in the way wanted them to, which is really reassuring.

Your feedback has been shared across our Birmingham service and the staff / volunteers who have read it so far, have really appreciated your kind words.
