I rang for advice and said I worked for North West Ambulance Service.
From ringing Garston Walk in, being given number for referral to being told if you can get here in the next 20mins I would be seen. I received great care, very quick, efficient and reassuring. In the midst of a pandemic, the centre gave me a mask before being triaged, pretty much as soon as I got there and I was examined and on my way within 15 mins with a splint for support. I was also told if there was no improvement in 4 days please call back.Many thanks for great treatment.
