"Cannot fault the professionalism"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had the pleasure of Kirsty and David carrying out the biopsy procedure to my shin. As it was during the Covid period they were very prepared.   I had no concerns whatsoever.   It was a very relaxing experience and as much as I cant say I enjoyed it (no one likes getting bits cut out them)  David spoke about my tattoo and our joint enjoyment of Disney parks and that kept my mind off Kirsty and her scalpel.   I honestly cannot fault the professionalism of them both. Hopefully never have to see them again tho.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback.

It is great news that the protective equipment we wear didn't increase your anxiety, we live in unusual times, therefor I am glad you found the distraction technique of me wittering away, diverting.

Hopefully everything is healing well and Kirsty's skill will leave you with a neat scar, you can always get a Roger Rabbit to complete the set and hide it!

Thanks again

David
