(as the patient),

I reported my symptoms and was responded to within 2 hours from OH & then assigned my appointment that staff morning. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative. I attended the test centre at SCV & I was super impressed with the set up. From the clear directions, the marshalls guiding you & the wonderful nurse standing ww in on my arrival, collecting my samples in full PPE that reassured me throughout.   Thank you for everything you are doing!
