"Wonderful customer service, highly recommend"

I went for a knee scan in March at Heath Lodge Clinic after having continuous knee problems for over 20 years.

When I arrived at the clinic I received a warm and friendly welcome. During the scan all of the staff were very professional, and explained to me the process of what the scan on the 3T machine would entail.

Having had an MRI scan previously at another provider, I found this to be a much better and comfortable experience and I did not feel at all claustrophobic. I felt very comfortable throughout the scan and overall it was a very positive patient experience. Would definitely recommend and thank you once again.
