"Their care has not been compromised"

I've been registered at Holmside Medical Group in Newcastle for years now. I'm writing this in regards to their approach and care throughout the latest pandemic. It has been fantastic, their care has not been compromised. I've been regularly consulting with a clinician named Katie-Jo. She has been patient and caring in regards to my mental health and never makes me feel like a burden. I feel leaps and bounds better now compared to how I did when I first phoned.

As a healthcare worker myself, I was anxious to seek help due to stigma but I am eternally grateful to the care that I have recieved.
