About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a relative),

My Dad recently attended the Minor Injuries Unit and would like to thank  the staff for their efficiency and prompt service . In less than an hour, my Dad had seen a Doctor, had his wrist x-rayed and was on his way home.

It was also reassuring that patients temperatures were checked at the front door to the Emergency Department.

I'm sorry to hear that your Dad has injured his wrist, I hope he's doing okay!

I'm pleased to hear that he was looked after so well by our staff at the Minor Injuries Unit and that you found the service prompt and efficient.

As you have noticed, we've put in place some new measures to help ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
