"Very efficient and caring"

I’ve always found the chemo suite to be very efficient and caring, during intravenous chemo they looked after me very well. I had one visit for oral just before lockdown and my second was via telephone triage followed by home delivery of pills. As far as I’m concerned this has got to be the way to go even when normality returns. 

The only negative for me is the initial tardy contact and more recently complete lack of consultant contact despite supposedly needing 4/6 weekly review. I’ve thought for a long while that in the main this should also be done remotely either FaceTime/Skype etc to save resources,time  and risk of cross contamination . The current crisis seems like it should be the motivation to change the system permanently?
