"Broken foot during lock-down"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as the patient),

Broke my foot during lock down and hobbled into the minor injuries unit feeling slightly anxious. The staff there were fantastic. From triage to x-ray via the hospital porter and finishing with the orthopaedic surgeon, I was treated promptly and professionally. Everything went smoothly and I was assessed, treated and discharged in 90 minutes. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and reassuring. Great work, thank you.
