Been to the becklin centre many times and found them extremely unhelpful. Told them after being referred due to a suicide attempt I was distressed, suicidal and hurt myself.... In a very brief meeting They said I was doing really well and would discharge me!!
Also I've rang crisis team many times desperate for help and in great distress they ring you back after hours and do absolutely NOTHING. If your unhappy and phone back they hang up on you.
I told them that community mental health said I should phone crisis team and I was told I've been misinformed!!
No help. On my own.
