Waited to receive my telephone appointment on the 20 April - my phone just rang ONCE before disconnecting. Called Appointment Line who gave me endocrine's dedicated number. Left a voicemail message.
On the 21 April I sent an email confirming I left a voicemail message. Secretary answered promptly and said she would forward my message on to the clinician.
22 April felt a lot worse so called my GP who advised me to get in touch with endocrine because it could be an issue with my thyroid medication dose not being enough. Sent further email to endocrine the same day.
No response at all from endocrine not even to acknowledge receipt of the message and received NO follow up as promised by GP.
"Unhelpful"
