About: Homerton University Hospital The Lawson Practice

(as a service user),

Emailed the surgery this morning, had a call an hour later from a GP, referral was done to Homerton IIT service, call from Homerton two hours later and equipment will be delivered on Friday.

This is exceptional service given the current Covid crisis and very pleased we are with this wonderful surgery!

Hello, thank you for this feedback. We are really pleased that we and the Homerton were able to help efficiently. In this time of uncertainty it is heartwarming and encouraging to get feedback that things are still working. Although our front doors are closed we are very much still open and here to help deal with problems. We can do lots to help using the telephone and sometimes videoing and of course where needed we continue to see patients at the surgery in a safe way. Thanks again for taking the time to let us know, it is much appreciated.
