(as a parent/guardian),

My baby was at Douglas Street tonight unwell, seen by Doctor Young. All I can say is thank you your service was amazing at what is the most difficult time. You put us at ease. You doctors and all the workers are amazing, so proud of our NHS service. x

Dear LMc20,

I'm sorry to hear that your baby has been unwell; I'm pleased you sought the right medical advice at the right time, it's important that people continue to do that.

It's a real tonic for staff when people take the time to thank them for the tireless work they do; I'll make sure your feedback reaches Dr Young and the team.

In the meantime, I hope the treatment has the desired effect and your baby is back to their usual self sooner than later.
