I really can't explain the help and it's effects.

Just speechless and overwhelming when theses key worker efforts

Thanks for your feedback, it is so good to hear that you had such a positive therapeutic relationship with your key-worker and its sounds like the interventions are working for you especially if you feel you are no longer alone. I always feel really proud of our teams when we get feedback like this, it is such a motivator for them to hear and I will ensure they hear it.
