Just wanted to take time out to say thank you for the excellent service I received the other day from your practice.

I don’t usually comment but in this current crisis we are in and after a long bank holiday weekend I was pleasantly surprised to get through to the surgery easily/quickly as I needed some urgent advice about my little girl.

I managed to speak to a GP and got the advice I needed and put my mind at ease.

So keep up the good work and stay safe!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a warm and positive comment. I’m pleased you felt you received excellent service and got the urgent advice you needed quickly from the GP. It’s important at a time like this to feel reassured.

We are working really hard at the moment to support and look after our patients as best as we possibly can during the COVID 19 pandemic.

We have made changes to the way in which we work as a team in order answer the telephones, triage and treat patients and deal with poorly COVID patients effectively and safely for all.

It really satisfying to read your comment and the team will be delighted when I feedback your comments to them. At Redwood House Surgery we have all adapted to working differently, from home or isolated as best we can to protect our own NHS staff and to continue to care for our patients.
