(as a relative),

I work at the hospital and I just wanted to say thank you to the reg mo, sister Karen, & sister ran who looked after my grandad when he first arrived into hot resus unfortunately he was very poorly he then got moved into hot majors where we are allowed to spend some time with him thank you to nurse Owen , NA Jodie & NA Amy who made us drinks and kept coming to check we were ok.

I also want to thank all the nurses on nutfield ward for taking care of my grandad and allowing us to visit him in his final days.

A big thank you the medical doctor dr Rabi who was kind & caring to my mum & me 

Also a big thank you to Megan the palliative care nurse who made my grandad comfortable and out of pain 

Unfortunately he passed away yesterday 

I am thankful to everyone who looked after him and proud to work for the hospital

Thank you so much for your kind feedback; I am exceptionally proud of the teams across ED and Nutfield and am delighted that your grandfather received care that made you proud.
