"Feeling neglected when I get so much support from medical staff"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I am on Stelera medication. To find that my appointment for my due treatment had been deleted. 

Currently having a flare up because of an ibd nurse. Waiting for medication that cannot be stopped - booked by head of ibd. Prior to the nurse deleted my appointment date details. I’m a patient suffering from a bowel obstruction. 

My feedback, where is the urgent care for an IBD patient. Nurse needs to take more care. I usually give my honest and happy feedback being under the best medical care.
