About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a service user),

My daughter and I were seen by staff at Forth Valley A and E.

From the very outset staff were professional and helpful.

The hospital was extremely well organised and we were seen almost immediately.

The nurse practitioner dealing with us was excellent. She treated my daughter quickly and efficiently. She reassured my daughter and put her at complete ease.

It is so comforting to know that in a time of national crisis that we have people within our NHS who go above and beyond.

Thank you everyone in Forth Valley.

I will ensure they are passed on to our ED staff. I hope your daughter is recovering well. Hospitals can be daunting places so its nice to hear that staff were able to reassure......especially during these unprecedented times.
