l am a carer/parent, for my Downs syndrome sonMy son spent a few days in ward 4E. He has learning difficulties and they very kindly allowed me to stay along with him. Have to say each and everyone of them from the outstanding doctors to the cleaners and everyone in between treated us with great respect, kindness and understanding. I have to take my hat off to them all They all restored my faith in humanity. God bless them all
