I visited A&E yesterday on advice from my GP. Considering the difficult times the NHS are experiencing I can honestly say my experience from check-in through to treatment the staff were exceptional.

I was treat with courtesy, compassion and a genuine feeling all the staff had a real care to looking after me and elevating my concerns.

I left knowing that they had done everything they could treatment wise and follow up action would continue through my GP.

Hats off to you all in the NHS and thanks for looking after me. ❤️
