"Reactive no Proactive"

About: Danebridge Medical Centre

Have been seeing cardiologists and testing since February after a syncope and taken directly to Hospital. Several letters from consultants copied to GP and me. Always written about a month after investigation and taking a further month to get mailed out. (obviously an with consultant team)

Naively I expected my GP to call me in to discuss my condition after receiving these letters. It took me to initiate this. Feel there is no 'care' here. I must shout to get a response. Will certainly be doing that in future .

Getting an appointment not easy and specifying a GP even more so. Last time a GP requested I see them personally again. When booking next appointment and specifying this as instructed I was treated very curtly.

I hope my next experience , in a week, is not treated similarly.
