I am writing this on behalf of my husband Geoffrey. We first attended the surgery on April 9th, we saw a very pleasant female GP who was worried about a lump on Geoff’s chest.She immediately sent an urgent email to the hospital. We were seen on Friday 12 th April and the dermatologist diagnosed SCC on the chest and behind the ear. Geoff had the chest op on May 6th it was a very deep lump,unfortunately he got an infection post op,I phoned the surgery & spoke to a helpful receptionist an appointment was made & we saw a Nurse, she was amazing, took a swab got one of the doctors to come & review the wound. We were given a prescription for antibiotics & dressings. We went back 8 days later & had the stitches removed. Today we were back again for Geoff to have the stitches removed from his ear op. We would like to thank all the staff we have come in contact with we were treated with courtesy & care from beginning to end.

I am pleased to hear that the staff you had contact with, (Receptionists, Nurses and GP’s), treated you and your husband with such courtesy & care.
