I had a distressing experience with a GP who refused to listen to me. I left in tears feeling suicidal. I later sent a considered email of complaint through their procedure. I received a curt response from this GP with none of the concerns I raised addressed. The practice clearly thought it was a suitable response to my complaint. Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of understanding. I have been at the practice for a number of years and I now dread having to attend. I am looking for a different practice, that considers its clients.
