"Very clean and fresh looking accommodation "

The home is lovely and clean with well mannered staff who are extremely helpful. They are patient, calm, very hands-on in what they do and show how much they really do care. They take their jobs seriously and show care and compassion to each patient, as seen by myself.

It is lovely to step into this care home and it smells fresh and is very clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming and helpful upon arrival and when leaving.

There is usually a member of staff available who will take the time to talk to you about your relative.

The rooms are of ample size with a bed, wardrobes, drawers, cupboards and a large en-suite. Personal attributes can be added to their rooms like photo’s, wall pictures in frames, clocks and other items.

Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff and this shows in my relative’s appearance and attitude.

Very pleased with this care home and would certainly recommend it. I know if I needed a home for myself, I would be happy and comfortable here!

Regarding the staff’s approach to dealing with the threat of Coronavirus before the lockdown began, they ensured visitors were using hand sanitiser, handing appropriate notices (letters) to visitors, ensuring there was no prolonged personal contact with the residents and generally keeping everyone safe and secure. Great work!
