"Always excellent care"

I discovered a lump in my neck in Dec. I logged onto Patient Access to book an appointment with my GP in the evening on 30Dec & got one the very next day at 7:40am. Even though I’m young (40) & my GP couldn’t feel the lump, he immediately booked me in for an ultrasound scan & put my mind at ease. I had a scan & biopsy very quickly despite the current pressures on the NHS. Unfortunately, it is malignant but it’s very small & it’s likely it can be cured with surgery. I send my sincere gratitude to all those involved.
