Claire made me feel at ease and gave me useful information. She helped me find trigger patterns and some coping techniques. It was a practical approach to my mental health management and I felt respected and listened to.

I particularly liked that the approach did not focus on dwelling too much on the illness or negative experiences which has previously been my experience with mental health treatment.
