About: Dumfries & Galloway Community Services / Community Mental Health Team

(as the patient),

Was able to participate,in a mindfulness course,run by three exceptional mentors in Emily,Eva,& Tina

The course was over 10 weeks,in Baptist church in dumfries

Course content was exceptional.

It was rolled out to help with pain,and yes IT DOES HELP

Thanks for allowing me to partake ,and good luck in the future WELL DONE
