"Incredibly rude reception staff + practice…"

I always find the reception staff at this practice lack people skills and compassion when conversing with the public. I’ve found this to be the case and I’ve been at this practice for many years. The practice manager in particular has been incredibly rude to me right now on the phone: talking over me, was condescending, not listening to me and being obtuse. Why is it that you read these reviews and the same problem keeps cropping up, the reception staff?! They need replacing with more compassionate and caring people. The practice manager, she is incredibly poor at talking over the phone. I rang in, concerned about the health of my family, and she was condescending throughout the chat. Absolutely awful. I am now extremely tempted to find another surgery, this problem is getting worse with these awful staff members allowed to stay. You may say they receive regular training but it is clearly not evident and they are failing in their role towards the public. Awful - avoid this surgery!!!
