"Absolutely amazing! "

On Friday I ended up in A&E with a broken ankle! I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you who helped me - from all in the A&E department, to the team dealing with x-rays and plaster, to those who pushed me from one side of the hospital to the other, to the doctors and surgeons as well as to the fabulous staff working on the Ainslie ward 🙂 Despite this happening during extremely difficult and troubled times, each of you met me with a smile and showed true professionalism - with a level of care above and beyond the status quo. Amazing teamwork too which led to an absolutely brilliant seamless experience from A-Z! Thank you so much everybody from the bottom of my heart! I’m sure the other ladies who were on the Ainslie would also agree with me! Thank you NHS - stay safe 🌈
