"Medication"

About: Ouse Valley Practice

(as the patient),

I went to the Handcross Pharmacy to collect my monthly medication, I always go a couple of days later when it is due, as I know they are busy. I get there to be told they are a week and a half behind, I also had concerns as I had been recently diagnosed with Angina and the hospital had put me on Bisoprolol, I am also on Apixaban. So to me these are quite important and had a couple of days left of supply.

I then had a member of staff from the Pharmacy shout at me, who gave me my prescription and said nothing was in stock and to take this to the local Chemist. I am disgusted the way I was treated, I have been with this Surgery for 6 years and over the years, I feel that the Pharmacy and Reception have deteriorated dramatically. The old staff were helpful and amazing in my opinion. The staff they have now I feel show no compassion and don't know how to talk to people, if it be on the phone or in front of them. I have read other reviews and it's always about the Reception and Pharmacy.

May I add the Doctors are great.
