"The practitioner didn't listen to me."

I waited 1 year for iapt mental health Barnsley to give me a practitioner. I started the sessions, and at the second session I felt terrible and put the phone down on the practitoner. The practitioner was awful and didn't listen to me, had an attitude, no empathy and kept telling me they didn't want a debate.

When they told me what I need to do, there was no rapport built had no idea of my needs or disability and was abrupt and rude and I can't believe they said they felt there is a resistance to what I am saying. Your solutions are not realistic I don't want a debate I was nearly crying so I ended the call.
