"Great practice so far"

Early days here but I have had bad experiences with lots of doctors surgeries but everyone seems really good here from receptionists to doctors. The waiting times for appointments are good compared to what I have experienced over the past couple of years and opening hours are good. They are polite, non-judgemental and not intrusive but they need to triage in order to provide services properly and they will do that sensitively. Doctors listen to you and give you time and seem fully competent (not always my experience). And you don't wait to wait for ages for a receptionist to answer the phone.
