"I had not slept properly for many years"

I was becoming physically ill as a result of our son's life style. As a result of our son (now 32 years old) descending into a life of drugs, gambling, petty crime and homelessness, after many interventions emotionally and financially, I had not slept properly for many years and was finally becoming physically ill and regularly not being fit to attend work. I had become heavily dependant on caffeine to function and pressure from the extended family added a negative effect to the situation. The service was helpful in moving forward, the counsellor was fantastic.
