I was diagnosed with a DVD,I cannot express how grateful I am

To the staff at the warfarin clinic, The treatment I have received from staff at that clinic has been nothing but the best.

They phone me every week with my blood test results,

When I have been out of my Fragmin injections,They go that extra mile to make sure I receive them and send them out to me by taxi.

I cannot express how grateful I am to one and all.
