I recently had to take my daughter for some blood tests. She was very anxious about this. The health care assistant who took the blood was amazing. So caring, kind, understanding and patient with her. She really allowed my daughter time and made her feel comfortable and able to trust her. The HCAs manner with my daughter was so kind and reassuring. Thank you
