About: Colman Hospital

(as a service user),

We were referred to the service as part of my complex care package; I have MND and speech and communication and overall autonomy is severely challenged.

We have primarily dealt with Helen who has been extremely helpful and despite the Covid-19 pandemic we were able to carry out an assessment by Skype and we are so grateful that we have effectively identified environmental controls that will help us manage our home.

What was good:

1. responsiveness

2. listening

3. creative problem solving

4. adaptable
